These little shoes are really cute! I like the soft sole, because it is easier for my 1-year-old son to walk in these than in harder-soled, less flexible shoes. He loves these shoes so much he will bring them to me and sit down, with his foot pointed in the air, as if to say, “can I wear these, please?” The shoes are easy to put on, and easy to get a good fit, with the two velcro straps. The velcro is sturdy and holds well. There is a little bit of cushion in the sole, so I think they must be comfortable. The design is cute and classic, and the shoes go well with any outfit. The reason I took off a star is because they haven’t lasted long for us. My son has been wearing them for a few weeks and already both shoes have holes (where the side of the shoe meets the sole). It is too bad, but I’ll have to throw these away. I know that kids this age don’t wear shoes long because they grow so quickly, but still, I wish these were just a bit more durable and could last until he grows out of them.
