Amazing product paid with equally amazing customer service!
The product itself is by far the best monitor I’ve found and I’ve tried about 7! The video quality is crystal clear in the night and day time and it picks up my daughter crying over the white noise which is always a concern with other monitors. The real reason I am writing this review though is because of this products customer service team. They are outstanding and so easy to work with! I had an issue with one of the buttons on the monitor 6-7 months after I purchased it and I reached out and they sent me a new one right away. When you’re spending a decent amount on something its great to know their team has your back. I will continue to buy from this brand for that reason! My only real critique with this monitor is that the green/red light on the side is very bright at night for someone who sleeps with it very dark, but that is easily fixed by putting some tape on it which completely resolved the problem. Would definitely buy again!

Love it!
We love this monitor! It’s our third attempt at picking a monitor (the first two died after only a few months) and we’ve now had this one for awhile and love it. We had one slight issue with the parent unit and when I reached out to Babysense, they were quick and the customer service team had a solution fast and without any hassle! They were great to work with and were grateful to have a working monitor for our two kids!

Good video quality
Good video quality but lights are too bright and signal degrades when in our bedroom. Great video quality when it’s connected, but the screen doesn’t auto turn off (or have an option to) and so if it turns on in the night the battery can be dead by morning. Not to mention we had to cover the lights on the side with electrical tape because they were lighting up our room all night and waking us up. Lastly, the signal strength just isn’t there when across the house. We got this for the split screen function with a baby due next month and I just don’t think we can recommend it.UPDATE: spoke with seller and they helped resolve the situation. Their newer version is meant to resolve these things.

9/2025 Update:So after my original 3 star review, the Babysense team reached out to help fix my problems. They offered the Babysense Prisma instead free of charge. The two products are quite similar, but the Prisma moves the green/red ‘alert’ lights to the front. This allows you to put the device face down while in a dark room and not be disturbed by the bright light. It wasn’t an issue for me originally, but I think the audio on the Prisma is actually better as well – win for the Prisma!I’m leaving my review at 4 stars because although the Prisma solved one of my complaints, the screen brightness is still too bright for a dark room, and overall the device is not really designed for parents.Recommendation – A feature that you don’t have on either of these devices is a ‘snooze’ button for the sound so you don’t need to listen to the screaming while you give your child a few minutes to calm down. Would love this over the noises & other random features.8/2025 Original:Ugh – This is a solid device, it works well and does what it’s supposed to. But its clearly designed for eCommerce sales, and not for Parents!The green light on top which indicates the screen is on is SUPER BRIGHT – like lights the whole room at night. Not ideal when you’re trying to keep things dark, or get some much-needed shut eye after trying to get your infant to sleep. Should be just a dim LED.And when the screen turns on in the middle of the night (because your infant is screaming like a banshee), it feels like staring into 10000 suns! From across the room it wakes my other kid, its so bright. I keep the monitor stuffed in a drawer and when it goes off I grab it and run into the other room.Additionally, HD1080P is only for color (daytime) use, but this monitor is PRIMARILY a nighttime tool when the lights are off and the room is dark. Improve the nighttime camera and sound resolution for when it is actually going to be used.If you’re using this in a bright environment, its great, but for parents looking for something baby – or sleep – friendly, be warned, its not designed with that in mind!Next time, remove half of the random ‘features’ – like music on the cameras, voice connect, and temperature alerts – and just build something that is good for PARENTS.

Great Product. It easily connects to wifi, provides motion detection, and allows me to watch my two kids in their separate rooms. It is the perfect size, and does not take up much space on son’s dresser. I did not mount it, and there isn’t a lag time. It’s an overall great product ….. that helps me monitor my busy kids.

Top quality product and customer service
I bought this set a year ago and it has been absolutely amazing for our family. The night-vision is incredible, the sound quality is great, the sound machine feature works well as does the night light feature. The range is great and given that the chargers have faraday boxes, I have zero concerns about security issues. The monitor is intuitive and easy to use, and I have had no major problems with functionality.About a year after purchase, my monitor stopped holding a charge, and I was very concerned that I would have to purchase a new monitor set. I reached out to the company, and after working with them to (unsuccessfully) troubleshoot the problems, they sent me a free expedited replacement monitor. I was very impressed by the quality of the customer service and the speed at which they addressed my problems.All in all, this is an amazing product that I recommend across the board.

El fabricante vende demasiado la opción de la las dos cámaras, pero si sólo necesitas una como yo, no tendrás problema con la versión de 1 cámara. Totalmente recomendada.

I am keeping this baby monitor because it is ok, and I don’t have the energy to test a bunch of different brands/models. I wanted a video monitor that wasn’t connected to Wifi or my phone. This was recommended to me by a friend who was dissatisfied with other monitors she had tried. I was previously using a Wyze Pan Cam. For the price, I expected this monitor to be far superior in every way. Sadly, it is not. It covers the basics but falls short on all of its advertised premium features. See below.Pros:- Nice packaging- Easy set up- Monitor has a large screen with a menu that is easy to navigate.- Good sound detection on camera and loud speaker on monitor.Cons:- Compared with the Wyze camera, the overall picture resolution and night vision are inferior. The zoom function is not very useful as it is grainy with little contrast. I cannot see my baby’s chest rise and fall.- Temperature gauge is not accurate when camera is wall-mounted. It is 2-3 degrees C higher than the crib temperature.- Clock gains time (about 15 minutes per week) and has to be reset regularly.- White noise feature is not loud enough with poor sound quality, tinny and scratchy. Still using a dedicated white noise machine.- Battery does not last the whole day, even when only checking the screen for a few seconds here and there. It also takes about 8 hours to fully charge. I have to plug it in overnight. The cable has a box on it (not sure the function of this) which is heavy and awkward.I cannot speak to the following features as I have not used them.- microphone- split-screen (I only have one camera.)- long range (I live in a small apartment.)- customer service (It has been working perfectly for over a month.)Although I admittedly have not done the research, there must be less expensive monitors on the market that have basic functions with comparable quality. This monitor sadly does not meet my expectations for my purposes. Perhaps, if you have different needs, it will be just the ticket for you and your family.

Après 1an et demi d’utilisation je peux dire que c’est un très bon produit. Une excellente portée, une image claire et un moniteur intuitif. Le son pourrait avoir une option encore un peu plus faible. Plusieurs options (berceuse, veilleuse) utilisables selon l’âge de l’enfant. J’ai récemment eu un problème avec l’antenne de température, j’ai contacté le service client qui m’a renvoyé une nouvelle caméra en une journée. Donc je rajoute, un très bon service client (attention les premières démarches pour les contacter sont en anglais).

Da unser altes Babyphone nach gerade nach 6 Monaten durch schlechte Verarbeitung (Mikro-USB-Anschluss gebrochen) kaputt gegangen ist, habe ich mir etliche Geräte und Bewertungen angeguckt und durchgelesen und bin auf dieses, bzw. das Vorgänger-Modell gestoßen.Das Gerät kam super verpackt an und macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Ich nutze es mit einer Kamera.Die Bedienung ist sehr intuitiv, die Alarmtöne sehr angenehm, das Nachtlicht lässt sich in drei Helligkeitsstufen einstellen oder ganz deaktivieren. Die Nachtlieder sind qualitativ ok, kommen für uns aber sowieso nicht in Frage. Das Mikrophon gibt einen guten Ton wieder.Die Farben sind insgesamt ganz gut, Nachtsicht könnte etwas schärfer sein, kommt aber auf die Lichtquellen im Zimmer an.Sehr angenehm ist, dass die Kamera mit einem An-/Ausschalter bedient werden kann, sodass man nicht ständig an das Kabel muss.Der Monitor macht keinerlei Tonrückkopplungen, wenn man sich in der Nähe der Kamera befindet.Ebenfalls positiv ist, dass beim Ausschalten des Monitors ein zeitlicher Ablauf erscheint, sodass man das Gerät sicher ausschalten kann und es sich nicht ausversehen im stand by o.ä befindet.Alles in allem durchweg positiv!Ich bin auf die Langzeit-Benutzung gespannt!
