large dial is easy to read
Bought this to replace a much smaller temperature dial that I found very difficult to read due to the small size and steam that is produced that fogs the lens. I hope the large dial works better for me.

Doesn’t work
Ordered this thermostat a couple months ago. Needed it today cooking a ham. The dial didn’t move at all. Tried in water and potatoes as well. Didn’t budge.

Used this to make Lamb for Christmas dinner this year and we wanted to cook to internal temp not to times. This was perfect. Went in the oven with the meat, was easy to read and being able to set the little dial to what you need was great. Measured temps against my electronic one and it was spot on every single time. When needed I will buy again. But I don’t think that will be any time soon as also very well made and put together
