They handled my issue quickly and showed they truly care about their customers and stand behind what they sell. They offered a fair solution that left me feeling valued, and that kind of service is rare these days. My trust in this brand has been re-established, and I’d definitely order from them again. Below are snippets of their extensive response:“We will thoroughly investigate the cause of the repeated missing parts and check for any oversights in the production and packaging processes; on the other hand, we will promptly strengthen the quality inspection procedures for products before they leave the factory, with special emphasis on strictly controlling the verification of part quantities, the quality of board materials, and the stability of craftsmanship, to firmly prevent similar problems from happening again. I contacted the company via email (there was no phone support available) right away. Although their response was delayed until the following day, I am thankful that they reached out to help. I then called Amazon directly (their customer service is excellent), and they sent me a replacement the next day. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred – I only received one of the items labeled “I” when it should have been three. I’m not sure what’s happening, but it’s clear that quality control needs to be improved during final inspection. How is it possible to order the same product twice and have both boxes missing items? I’m not going to place a third order for this.Moreover, the shelves fracture when I try to fasten the screws into them. This could be a stunning piece, but it unfortunately seems to be poorly constructed. I’m being extremely cautious not to over-tighten the screw, yet it makes no difference because the board begins to crack before the screw is even fully inserted.This item is very functional and fits my needs perfectly, but at a price of $53, it simply isn’t worth it and fell short of my expectations.Reduced my review to two stars because of the fact that I put together two shelves and had to return them both for missing items and poor quality of wood. Found a similar item for about $20 cheaper.

Great shelves & Great lighting
This was perfect for what I was wanting. We wanted to brighten up a corner in our gaming area and have some shelves. It was perfect! Putting it together was a little weird but it didn’t take that long. Had all the pieces needed. (I had misc stuff on the shelves just testing out how it held weight, it was fine!)

This is a fairly nice corner stand.Start with the positives: LED is strong, easy to attach, runs the entire length and easy to attach. Goes together very easily, stand about 6 feet tall and is basically exactly the dimensions they advertise. Recommend a screw-gun or your fingers get tired after like 30 screws. The unit is lightweight. Overall, looks nice.Cons- lightweight, have to use a wall anchor on carpet for sure. Legs are a little wobbly without the risers installed and easy to bend.Overall, good value, looks nice, easy install. 4.5/5

Putting it together was super easy and it turned out better than what I was expecting. I didn’t realize it came with a strip of LED lights, and I was hesitant to use them but it looks a lot better than what I was anticipating. The lights have an app that’s super easy and quick to use to change the colors or if you want to cycle through the colors too you can. The feet are also adjustable a little bit if you need to balance it slightly so that’s nice. Haven’t put anything on it yet but I’m going to do that. But I would absolutely recommend if you want to display something or just help fill the room with some decorations

Lights are crap
This was a super pain to put together but looks cute enough. The light strip that comes with it is garbage straight out of the box. The app used to control the lights rarely works and it turns on and off on its own. The color selections in the app are not even close to what color the strip shows.

It’s very good, it looks nice, but it’s not for putting heavy things on. You have to put it on a flat surface because it’s not super rigid. It worked very well for me. I’m satisfied, it’s what I wanted.

Good quality easy to install. But it is better not to stick the number stickers on the product and find another way to identify it as they are annoying to remove and the price is somewhat high for such a product. The packaging is very good and the package arrived intact.

So far I’m enjoying the shelf. Definitely took a minute to put together as it seemed like we were left with so many nails. We’re not too sure where they belong but other than that it’s a really good shelf. It does give you an option to lock the shelf in place on your wall. Unfortunately. I wish that the Bluetooth from the app would allow you to play your songs off Spotify, not just your downloaded music, but other than that it’s a good shelf so far
