I bought this raised-edge silicone mat mainly for resin work, but it’s just as useful under pet bowls. The waterproof surface is easy to clean, flexible, and catches spills perfectly — whether it’s water, resin drips, or bits of glitter. The raised edges keep liquids contained, and the material doesn’t curl or slide around on the table. It’s thick enough to protect surfaces from heat or scratches, which makes it a handy all-purpose mat.The only small drawback is that lint sticks to it a bit if you store it uncovered, so I keep it rolled up when not in use. Overall, it’s a sturdy, versatile mat that works great for both pet areas and resin crafts. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone who needs easy cleanup.

I like the fact these are grippy and well made. Easy to rinse off, add a drop of dish soap if needed. These mats retain a surprising amount spills & food that gets pushed out of the bowls.

This was the perfect size for what I need and it provides surface protection. It lays flat, it rolls up to put away if needed, I don’t really think it will hold a ton of water, but to prevent food bowl spills it is excellent for a smaller dog bowl. It was pretty expensive comparatively, but I cancelled another item which was similar and did not ship promptly, I had this one two days later. It came quickly, it works as expected and is a reliable product.

Before I tried this mat, I was using plastic trays to contain the cats’ food and water bowls. Almost every morning, I would find the trays had mysteriously moved across the wood floor spilling water and food in the process. On a whim I bought this mat. What a difference! The mat stays firmly in place. Bowls stay on the mat (less wasted food). The cats love the color (pink). Hey, they’re all female! Very pleased with this purchase!
