We love this baby monitor!
We love this baby camera so much! This was actually our second setup with Hello Baby. I reached out to customer service for help with my initial set up as the sound stopped working. Ultimately we decided to upgrade to the larger dual split screen so we can have two cameras. They were so kind and so incredibly helpful. Worth it to know that you have a 1 year warranty after purchase. So keep track of your order invoice and reach out to them with any questions!PROS:- Super easy installation and very easy to understand. Product can be used immediately after opening the box.- No WiFi needed which means you can utilize it anywhere and not have to worry about connectivity issues.- Dedicated monitor instead of utilizing your personal phone. This was a feature that appealed to me as I didn’t wanna have to use my phone as the monitor and drain the battery or be restricted from using it.- Sound quality is clear and I love the two way talk feature so I can soothe my toddler or let her know that I’ll be there soon.- Picture quality is clear, even in night mode. You also have the ability to zoom in if needed.CONS:- It’s really not even a con, but our original monitor was the HB6550 with the 5in screen. The HB6550 Pro is 6in and it just caught us off guard because it is a larger monitor. See photo compared to a sheet of paper. Either way we still love it because the picture is clear and it’ll be useful for the split screen feature.Overall we really love this monitor and we recommend it to everyone. The price is affordable and customer service is amazing and super helpful with any issues that you might have. You really can’t go wrong with any of the monitors that they offer!

Great camera for a great price! Love that it doesn’t require wifi to operate. Just plug it in to an outlet and you’re ready to go! It cant not get any easier than that. Have no issues with battery life- charge it for a couple of hours during the day and leave it unplugged and on all night. Picture quality is great and night vision works well. We have used expensive wifi baby monitors and this blows them out of the water.

This device is solid! Works great and we travel with it everywhere. Long range, crisp view, great night time camera. The microphone is beyond great, you can even hear the baby toot!. Battery life on the screen is very long lasting. Highly recommended.

Reliable Monitor With Great Features, but Light Can Be Distracting
We’ve been very happy with the Hello Baby monitor overall. It has so many great features that make it stand out — the clear visibility is excellent, the room temperature display gives peace of mind, and it connects without WiFi which feels more secure. The speaker works well, and the range is surprisingly good for our home.The only drawback we’ve noticed is that the monitor light turns on every time the baby moves. While this does let us know the monitor is working, the brightness can be disruptive at night and sometimes wakes us up.Overall, it’s a reliable and feature-packed monitor at a solid value — just be aware of the light sensitivity if you’re a light sleeper.

The wide screen is great for better video quality and clarity of the screen’s picture. If it’s zoomed in, the picture is a bit grainy especially in night mode. Other than that, very happy with the quality of the camera for the price

So I don’t write reviews often but now being a mom of two under two I thought I would give this a reviewIt comes with a good user ManuelThe screen is actually very big and the picture is pretty clear I was surprised I would say as good as a nest camera for example but really good for a baby monitor it does do single or dual screen/camera monitoring I have not checked out the night vision I might do another review down the road after some use the volume is good it shows degrees time and date has a alarm or timer function if u wanna track bottles or diaper changes had good brightnessMy only concern so far is the crying detection my kids are at my moms house while I’m setting this up and the adults are talking and it detects crying 😂 soooo that’s annoying the screen I put next to my heatwave adult xl sunglasses for size the same rad are just as pictured

Meh battery life
I really do like this monitor – it has a very clear picture, sound quality is good, night vision is great. The one big downside is the battery life. It doesn’t last as long as advertised. Even on eco mode. Also, there was a time where the camera disconnected from the monitor (I hadn’t moved at all), but so far that has been an isolated incident. I think if the battery life were improved this would be the perfect monitor. I’m overall pleased. I’m just hoping it lasts as long as I need it!

Perfect! Just what I wanted
Super simple and easy set up, love that I don’t have to worry about it connecting to wifi and losing signal in the middle of the night. The screen/monitor is giant, and all of the settings are easy to find and use. I love the fact that the camera is 360.. it makes it so easy to follow my youngest around the room when he is playing quietly in there. The sound is great, and the microphone clarity in the room with the camera is also really good as well. The night vision works well, and overall the quality of the picture is really good as well. Overall I love this purchase!
