Maxi cost/cybex user
Love this car seat. Used two of them for my newborn twins. Both seemed comfortable in them. Easy to use and transferred to and from efficiently. I used them with the cybex gazelle stroller system and had no issues at all. Latched in and out easily and efficiently.

Very Disappointed – Poor Quality Compared to Before
This is honestly the worst car seat I’ve ever bought. I had this same model years ago for my older child, and the quality used to be excellent. That’s why I decided to buy it again for my baby — but it’s definitely not the same anymore.The materials feel much cheaper and weaker than before. After using it only twice, the seat started to come apart, which is completely unacceptable for a baby product. I immediately returned it because it didn’t feel safe at all.It’s really disappointing to see how the brand’s quality has gone down so much. I would not recommend this car seat to anyone — definitely not worth the risk or the money

Absolute garbage product DO NOT BUY. If you are considering this car seat, do not buy it. DO NOT BUY IT.The glue holding the foam to the plastic frame came off after using it just a few times, the sun shade comes off whenever you try to open it. It is a piece of crap product and NO ONE SHOULD BUY IT. DO NOT BUY THIS item. The rest of the materials suck as well. They cheaped out everywhere – even the fabric that your baby will sit on is not breathable and feels cheap.You will use it a few times and then have to throw it away because it sucks and is crappily made out of crap materials.It feels cheap. It is cheap. It will not last you. And CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NONEXISTENT.Just take your money and either light it on fire or buy a different car seat from a better company.This seat sucks. Stay away.

Safe and sound
This car seat is very nice. It is just what my daughter wanted for our new grandson. The quality and functionality are great. It was easy to install with the base or even if you don’t have a second base it is easy to install in another vehicle. Seems very soft and comfortable. It fits well in her vehicle and keeps the little one snug.

Love everything about it! The only downside is that the color is more of a grey tone than it is beige (based on their advertised photo) but other than that, we love it! 🤍

Disappointed to say the least
My daughter is now 18 months and this is the only car seat she has used. It is a very cute car seat and I love the leather handle but the functionality is lacking.With the base attached I feel like it has far too much play no matter how I attach it to the vehicle it moves side to side and up and down.The straps have gotten lopsided somehow, one side is SIGNIFICANTLY tighter than the other. So much so that I feel it’s impossible to truly get a safe buckle.The shade was broken almost immediately after bringing her home my niece tried to pick up the car seat by the shade instead of the handle and it came loose on one side. I have snapped it back in place a million times but it’s just never been secure again. Somehow on a drive my daughter got the other side off and removed the entire sunshade and now the back/top of the car seat cover is peeling down around her and revealing styrofoam, I can’t get it to stay back down now no matter what I do.
