TIPS: Installation Guidelines: 1) Crib Mounting Height Requirement: Ensure the camera is positioned at least 0.6m (24 inches) above the baby. If placed too low, the camera’s focal length may misalign, causing a blurry image. 2) Wall or Floor Stand Mounting Distance Limit: Keep the camera within 5m (16 feet) of the crib horizontally. Beyond this range, the infrared night vision won’t provide sufficient lighting, making it difficult to see the baby’s face clearly in the dark.

Love this monitor — super convenient and reliable!
The Momcozy Smart Baby Monitor has been amazing! I love that it can be used offline or through the app — I can check in on my baby even when he’s with a babysitter, which gives me so much peace of mind. The fact that I can use my tablet instead of just my phone is a huge plus. The built-in lullabies and white noise are great for soothing him, and the two-way talk feature makes it easy to comfort him without rushing to the nursery. Definitely worth it for parents who want flexibility and solid quality!

I haven’t used it for my baby yet, but I tried it out and I LOVE it. The camera quality is very good. I absolutely love the fact that I can view my baby on the provided monitor or on my phone !

Great purchase, EASY to set up!
After having two other camera systems this is by far superior!! It’s incredibly easy to setup and use! It’s a nice size monitor that allows me to see both kids at the same time! Battery life is great and it’s easy to charge as well. The VOX setting was a little hard to figure out but a quick google search helped do the trick! Bonus: comes with an app so loved ones can also see your child/children!

Screen wouldn’t stay on, horrible customer service
The screen in my monitor wouldn’t stay in no matter what settings I used, and contacting customer service was awful. 48 hours after leaving a message I got a call back from someone who’s accent was so thick that I genuinely couldn’t understand what they were saying, which was unfortunate since I was really hoping for some help. I called back and got someone else, who I also could barely understand, but got far enough for them to suggest settings to keep the screen on. Didn’t work. Screen still timed out and was never constantly on. Screen didn’t turn on automatically with sound either in VOX mode.It stinks because the video quality was incredible, but the audio quality was horrible, and the settings were even worse.Returned it and I’ll never buy from them again. Horrible service and cheaply made device.

Love these monitors! My only issue is we just moved to a new home and now I can only get one of the cameras to pair, the other one just refuses to connect. One is better than nothing though even if I have to constantly move it between rooms. The quality is great even at night! The handheld and the app on the phone are amazing as well.

Absolutely love this camera. The night vision is great. You are able to use it and talk through the app. A little hard to connect, but it works great. Super easy to use.

Great Connection
Connects great! I’m often moving the camera from room to room, and once I plug it back in it works right away. No need to reconnect to internet or reboot, etc. I love that the hand held monitor screen will dim unless the baby moves or makes a sound. It makes it so I’m not constantly staring at the screen (though you can adjust it so that the screen stays on the whole time should you like).

Update: The company reached out to me after this review and offered a refund. I appreciate the company standing behind their product and hope they iron out the kinks with this monitor.We have been using this monitor for several months. The first monitor we got, the sound did not work at all and it would disconnect any time we tried to move the camera from the monitor functions. The company sent us a second monitor. This one randomly disconnects but usually reconnects relatively quickly. Annoying but tolerable. Tonight, the first night of sleep training our baby, the monitor disconnects and will not reconnect even with turning it in and off several times and standing directly outside of the babies room. We can’t go into the room to get closer to the camera because it beeps obnoxiously when it cannot reconnect and will wake her up . So now we have to either go in to the nursery and wake her up trying to connect the monitor or go to sleep without a monitor. Infuriating after nights on end of no sleep and completely defeats the purpose of having a monitor. At this price point I expected a reliable monitor.
