Not just for nursing mothers, athlete friendly too
I actually got this because I struggle with irritation from my sports bras when working out.I needed something that is super gentle because I have highly sensitive skin, quite frankly, I can’t think of anything more sensitive than a new mother who is nursing.Before any high intensity workouts as well as once I’m complete and have showered. This is made a huge difference for me. I have to wear a high impact tight bra which can often pop up against my skin and irritate me, but I need that otherwise without the right level of support I would be in a lot of pain.I use this in the nipple area on the shoulders and around the band where the bra sits, I let it soak in for about 5 minutes before I put the bra on and it makes a tremendous difference. It’s lightweight and non-greasy.Having it in a stick format is fantastic. I could throw it into my bag and I don’t have to worry about spillage. It’s easy to apply with one hand, keeping it hygienic without having to worry about washing my hands before taking lotion out of HR if I happen to be at the gym.There are three simple ingredients, all of which I recognize Tallow from grass-fed cows, organic extra virgin olive oil and organic unrefined beeswax. I love each of these ingredients individually and together as a balm I feel it’s a fantastic combination.The scent to me is extra extremely faint. I barely notice it but other people may notice it, it’s very clean and not something that I object to. Poor competes with my perfume after I’ve showered and applied this to my sensitive areas and popcorn. Some perfume while I get dressed. Tube is 1.7 Oz. and this will last in extremely long time, little bit goes a very long way.

Endless uses
I was concerned that this wouldn’t be worth the cost since it has a higher price point but I was very impressed with the quality of this product. The applicator is convenient and easy to use and it doesn’t feel greasy or tacky. Very soothing and goes on smooth. Can’t recommend it enough!

My wife is now too slowly becoming a fan of Sunborn Organics and their tallow based balms and creams, and this one is no different. With a little one in the mix, safe ingredients are paramount and this nursing nipple balm delivers on all fronts, providing a fragrance-free, all-natural, baby-safe formula that is incredibly soothing and easy to apply. With just 3 ingredients, this is the perfect product for any one concerned about the laundry list of chemicals and preservatives used in other products. It’s also very lightweight and has more uses beyond just nipple soreness, providing relief to cracked and dry skin as well.

I like this nipple balm as it makes mine feel less dry and irritated. I am not breast feeding but mine do get dry from time to time from going to the beach often. it goes on smooth and doesn’t leaving an oily residue. it’s very easy to use and just glides on. I like that its organic so I’m not pumping my body full of chemicals. the container it comes in is nice and easy to store or bring with you traveling.

Minimal, Clean Ingredients – Baby Doesn’t Mind!
This nipple balm has been a great alternative to lanolin products that are being pushed everywhere right now. I am struggling with dryness and even flaking skin around my breasts from frequent breast feeding. This balm has helped soothe some of the irritation, and it hasn’t interrupted nursing my little one (meaning no nipple rejection! YAY!!) Just make sure you layer up with a nursing pad; I ended up staining my bra with this stuff (not that I mind because it’s not visible to anyone but me; but if that’s important to you please be aware.)I do think that $48 is extremely steep in price, not to say that the quality isn’t there; but it would be nice to see this product be more accessible to moms with more income-based hardships. Just food for thought. I won’t be able to repurchase this product because it’s too much for our budget. Grateful to be able to try it out though; I hope you enjoy!

Great size and good quality
I love how big this is and the fact that it’s in stick form and not something you have to squeeze out of a tube. Because of that it’s mess free. The top twists off which is great for preventing my toddler from getting into it. It has no smell or taste(I rubbed it on my lips to test this). It’s so smooth and doesn’t leave you feeling gross or greasy. My daughter is 2 months and nurses constantly. My nipples get sore, but aren’t in bad shape, but I still use this nipple balm and I honestly love it plus it feels like less of a chore to put this on than having to rub some cream all over my nips.

Great texture & huge stick
The applicator is a convenient design & comes with a ton of product. Feels nice on the skin (silky and lightweight texture) and is unscented, though smells lightly of beeswax. I like the simplicity of the ingredients. It says to use the product within six months of opening, which I assume is because of the lack of preservatives. But, I doubt I’ll be able to do that because there is so much of it & it only takes a very small amount each swipe to protect the skin. In terms of soothing irritation, it feels nicely hydrating and occlusive, so great for nipple soreness from breastfeeding or soothing anywhere that gets exposed to lots of moisture (probably good for chapped lips, too).

Goes on smoothly and not greasy!
Even after 6 months, but infant still has a poor latch most of the time, so I consistently have irritation. This nipple balm goes on easy and smoothly. Unlike other balms I’ve used, this is not greasy and feels lightweight. It provides some comfort from the irritation, especially when I wake up the morning and feel some relief.This nipple balm works well with pumping. When pumping, I can also get irritation, so this has helped with any chafing from friction of the pump, and it doesn’t clog the pump. I have also nursed after using it, which doesn’t bother my infant either. Overall, this is a nice option that goes on smoothly, is not greasy and actually helps with nipple irritation from nursing and pumping.
