Easy to use
I bought these when my one and three year old grandchildren were visiting from out of town. I covered up all the outlets in my house so the toddlers would be safe. They were easy to put in and easy for adults to take out once they left. One of my granddaughters explored it, but was not able to pull it out.

Best outlet covers for brittle nails! I love them!
These are the best baby outlet covers I’ve used. They have a bottom part that you have to slide down, then pull out. Sliding it down is quite difficult – I can barely do it, so I doubt a baby/toddler would be able to (although some of those little buggers can do things adults can’t, for sure!) What I really like about these, over the other ones I’ve used, is that you can leave the bottom part open (down), thus making it easier for ME to open while still covering the outlet. So it takes away the curiosity of the child to stick their fingers in the outlet, but I can remove it without breaking my (sadly brittle and/or nonexistent) nails. This gives me the very convenient option of making the outlets I never use completely impossible to access, while leaving the ones I often use covered but possible to open. For this reason, these are now my absolute favorite outlet covers ever. The quality is good and they seem durable as well. They also arrived more quickly than I had expected, which was nice.

They may work a little too well!
So I used these to prevent dust from getting into outlets. Cheap enough, easy solution. They work great…HOWEVER, and this is a big one, they may work TOO well.I got these stuck in a few different outlets one being my APC UPS battery backup. I had to use a screwdriver (yes I unplugged it and didn’t touch the contacts!) to pry it out. My advice is to just remove the ground plug portion (wire cutters or pliers twisting the post back and forth will do it). There is no loss of safety because it will still stay in the socket very well with just two prongs inserted.This is just a word of caution from experience, as it is much easier to remove without the ground prong and there will be no fear of it getting stuck in a receptacle.

A struggle to remove for adults too!
As a new parent, my top priority is keeping my little one safe. While these covers are generally effective, there are a few drawbacks to consider.First, the positives. These outlet covers are incredibly easy to install and fit snugly over the outlets, which is great for preventing my baby from accessing them. The covers blend in well with the wall and come in a huge pac, so I can cover all the outlets in my home.However, my biggest issue was the removal. One is that they can be difficult to remove once they’re in place because they fit so snugly.It can be difficult to pull down the pull tab once the cover is in the outlet. This can make it challenging to remove the cover if I need to use the outlet, and I often find myself having to use a butter knife to pry it open.Overall, while the PRObebi Outlet Covers are a good option for baby-proofing, the difficulty in removing them and the challenges with the pull tab can be frustrating at times. However, the benefits of their effectiveness and ease of installation still make them a worthwhile investment for keeping my little one safe.

These are as described. They’re not only child proof but adults too!😂 They’re kind of hard to pull out. Best advice they’re so good that don’t push them all the way in, especially if you have long nails. Even though it has a tab you slide out to remove it. Worth it though very sturdy.

Adult proof too. Cannot remove from wall
They are impossible to pull out once in the socket. They are 100% baby proof, but adult proof too. All of the adults in my house, with all of their strength, cannot pull this out. It feels like it’s stuck on something. I am down an outlet right now because this this won’t budge. 5 stars for baby proof, 1 star because it’s now stuck in my wall

Great!
I use these on a black power strip that I have attached to the bottom of a guitar pedalboard. I think they work really great to just discretely prevent any liquids or dust from getting into my power ports (and to prevent random people from wandering up and trying to charge their phones off your music gear). Also, as others have stated, the design of these is such that they are harder to remove than the old-school design, which I am very pleased about because I intend to leave them where they are indefinitely.

These serve the purpose of blocking the outlet from little hands, but the pull down handle to remove the plug is nearly impossible to slide down when in a socket. You need two fingers to pull it down but that’s not possible when it’s in the socket.
