Great sterilizer and dryer – a real time saver!
This sterilizer works perfectly and makes daily bottle cleaning so much easier. It has a large capacity — I can fit multiple bottles, pacifiers, and pump parts all at once. The steam sterilization is quick, and the drying function leaves everything completely dry and ready to use. I also love the auto shut-off feature for extra safety. The design is simple, modern, and easy to clean. Definitely worth it for new parents!

Great product and customer service!
Great product it is really easy to use and does a good job of cleaning and drying the bottles and various parts. Ours stopped working after about a year and the customer service team sent us a new one without any hassle, and followed up to see if we were happy with it. Highly recommend!

Honest review from a daily user- pros and cons
I have been using this sterilizer for about 3 weeks now and I use it about 3x a day. I wanted to give a honest review for anyone who is looking for the pros and cons of this sterilizer. I am going to first start off by saying this is for the standard sterilizer, not the Pro version. With that being said let’s get into the things I liked.PROS- definitely saves time opposed to boiling or using bag sterilizers.- it is very quiet and even standing next to it you barely hear it- it dries completely on either the 45 or 65 minute cycle (options shown in photo). Either cycle has proven to dry without leaving very many of any water spots on items.- it is easy to use- it fits under the cabinets if your looking to store it out of the way.Now for the cons.CONS- the most annoying thing I deal with is oil/grease residue. I exclusively pump, so my breast milk forms fat layers in the bottles. Even if I wash them with a brand new brush, an over abundance of dawn dish soap, scalding hot water, and hand dry them, there seems to still be a 50/50 chance those bottles which STORED my milk comes out with grease/oil residue on it. The regular bottles I use for feeding and everything else comes out perfectly clean. I am not sure what is causing this. I don’t have this issue with bag sterilizers.- this version (the standard) is smaller than expected. I am able to cram my bottles and pump parts in but honestly the PRO version would be best if you use a lot of parts. It would be worth the extra money to have the extra space in my opinion. You can see in the photos I have attached what it looks like fully loaded with my bottle and pump parts.- doctor brown bottles are too tall to fit if you sit them on the spots made for the bottles. However, if you sit them just below that, then you are able to fit them in and close the lid. This is better explained in the photos I have attached.IMPORTANT NOTE- RUST ISSUEWhen reviewing this product for myself I seen A LOT of reviews saying that they dealt with rust forming in the first few days or weeks of use. I personally have not had this issue yet. I have had a tiny itty bitty piece of rust that formed and I literally scrapped it off with my nail and it hasn’t came back yet. I use only distilled water in the sterilizer. I think one big mistake that people are doing who are using distilled water and are still running into a rust issue is not shaking off their bottles before putting them straight in the sterilizer. The purpose of distilled water is to keep minerals from the tap water from causing rust. But if your not shaking off excess water from washing parts in the sink before putting them in the sterilizer and that tap water drips down onto the hot plate, then your just adding mineral water to the distilled water and it is counterproductive. I have always been mindful of this and have shook off excess water before placing parts inside the sterilizer and I have never had a rust issue. The directions also state that rust or lime scale buildup is possible and what to do to avoid it (shown in photos). I feel like people do not read the full instructions and are shocked when rust forms and thinks the product is faulty.Overall I give this a 4/5 stars. It is great for the price and if you’re going to be washing your bottle/pump parts regularly then it is perfect. However, if you let your parts pile up before you wash them you definitely need to invest in the PRO version for the additional space. I hope my review answers questions you may have had. I really wanted to make a honest review and took a lot of time taking notes as I have used this sterilizer.

Best Baby Bottle Sterilizer
I absolutely loved this bottle sterilizer. I was a milk donor and this model was listed as one of the recommended options for safely sterilizing bottles and pump parts. I bought two of these and never had any issues with leakage. All different bottle sizes fit with no problems and I primarily used Medela. The steam stayed contained and the distribution was even, so I never felt at risk of burns while using it.The process is simple. I placed the bottles inside and let the machine handle the full cycle, which saved time during busy days. The large capacity made it easy to sanitize several bottles at once and everything came out clean and dry. I felt confident using this for all of my breast milk supplies. Over the course of four years I donated more than ten thousand ounces of milk. Only one batch ever tested positive for bacteria and we do not know the cause, so I never felt it was related to this machine.The color and design are nice and the build quality is reliable. This is one of those products new moms may not think they need until they have it. Once they use it they realize how helpful it is. I would recommend this to new moms and experienced moms because it is a dependable and worthwhile investment for any household with a baby. It is lightweight.

This is not a UK compatible product. I am not sure why it is being sold by a UK store on Amazon. Not until I received the package and dug through the comments section on this did I see it is a US plug. Now I have the headache of returning it to Las Vegas? Still have not heard if I will be charged for this or not. This is such a rip off and Amazon needs to be more upfront about its compatibility. Very annoyed.

This product does not work. It doesn’t dry any bottles. And the seller doesn’t respond to me after contacting them. I spent so much money on this product and couldn’t get it refunded or fixed.Avoid this seller by all means.
