I have put off buying a car seat for my Papillon because I didn’t want to make a mistake; buy the wrong seat, and then pay to return such a large item. I have seen some that hang from the seat, in an un-level sort of way, some that might be big enough, some that I wondered whether it would boost her high enough to see out the window, and whether I could feel she was safe.I found it! Although this “large” option is what I bought for my little 10# dog, I don’t think there would ever be enough room for two of her. Maybe 1 dog up to 25 pounds, but I don’t see how they could lay down in it. This fits my little dog wonderfully. She can lay down comfortably and with the two leash/tie ins, I can put her on either side of the car seat. This is plenty tall that she can still do the all important, stick her head out the window!! I would note that this does take up about 1/2 of the back seat in my PT cruiser but is very easy to remove when not needed. You might also note that you have to be careful. The first time I put her in the car seat, attached to the leash, she jumped out (down) to get in the front seat with me and about hung herself. She has not tried that again, but it did require me pulling over immediately to rescue her!I don’t think she is in love with this yet because she likes riding in my lap, under my feet, etc. But I sure do like it! So much easier to drive safely now. I think she’ll come around to liking it when she realizes that this is how it is going to be and that she still gets to go for a ride…..and stick her head out the window! But I do feel she is much safer now as she cannot jump through the window with the adjustable leash set at just the right spot. NOTE: Never leave your pooch attached to the leash, unattended. If you are going to run into the store for a quick minute (providing it’s not HOT or COLD outside), do unleash him, or her.I highly recommend. Enjoy.

Nice, sturdy, well made booster seat!
Everything was great, but not the best for my dog cause she’s short and long. She’s a dauschund and it didn’t give her much room to lay down comfortably. I’m still giving it 5 stars cause it does the job, so she can see out the windows. It is well made and with the leash straps makes it pretty safe. It is exactly the size of my front passenger seat, no room for movement. Seatbelt easy to place and keeps it tight and secure. I took the pillow out so she could stand up on the more stable base but I think if I keep it in it’d be more comfortable for her to lay down. Overall I would suggest this to anyone with a small dog. The dauschunds are a bit long but doable. I tried to post a picture but it won’t let me. Worth the price to help your fur-babies to see where you’re going!!

Good product
I got this for my 9 mos French bulldog, Elsa. She is about 23-25 pounds. She fits in the seat perfectly without the additional pillow that comes with it. She is able to lay down comfortably as well. It is super easy to install, is secure and is at the perfect height for her to look out the window. My only dislike is the clips to tether her to the cushion are very small. There is a clip on each end: one to attach to the cushion and the other end to attach to a harness. Her harness has a smallish plastic loop to secure the leash or in this case the harness. I had a rough time unclipping her harness when we were getting out of the car and ended up unclipping her from the cushion end and clipping the tethers together to hang from her harness while we were out walking. Once we got home, after a small struggle, I got the tethers unclipped from the harness. All in all, I like the cushion and I know Elsa enjoys the cushion. It is a good buy, good price, well made product.

It is not a safety seat
I bought this primarily as a safety car seat, secondly a booster. If you are looking for a secure car seat that will stay in place, do not buy this. When my 10 lb dog was hooked up to straps, he was able to flip over seat and it came undone from seatbelt..totally useless. Can you imagine what would happen in a car accident? I had to come up with a different way to secure my dog in case of an accident. The booster itself is of nice quality and my pup loves being elevated. As a safety car seat it is useless!!!

Was quite sceptical of purchasing this product as quite expensive but I had exhausted all other pet travel options. Nothing worked. My dog was always tense, sick, very uneasy when in the car. It stopped me from taking her anywhere and made life restrictive. However, this product has changed my life. My dog is more than happy to travel now. No signs of stress whatsoever. Thank you

Al principio tenía dudas debido a los comentarios negativos, pero el producto era justo lo que llevaba tiempo buscando. Llegó bien empaquetado, con cada pieza en su caja correspondiente. Tengo dos bodegueras andaluzas de 10 kg que, cuando viajan en el coche, se muestran inquietas. Compré el tamaño grande pensando que sería lo suficientemente amplio, pero la parte interior resulta algo ajustada para mis perras. Es un producto bastante voluminoso y ocupa bastante espacio en los asientos traseros. Tengo una furgoneta peugept rifter. Como tengo dos asientos, la persona que se sienta en el asiento central va un poco apretada.Sin embargo, la calidad del producto es excelente. Cuando mis perras están dentro, pueden ver por las ventanas y se mantienen tranquilas. El cinturón que viene en muy endeble pero tengo un cinturón que también compre en Amazon y va genial. Siempre llevan puesta sus arnés y cinturones. La almohada que incluye es algo fina, pero he colocado unas mantitas y mis perras van cómodas y a gusto.En resumen, para mí, el producto ha valido mucho la pena y estoy contenta con la compra.
