Good value for your money. I can sanitize my CPAP mask and hose in it, although it is a tad smaller than my old sanitizer machine that malfunctioned. That’s the only reason I’m giving this 4 stars. It’s easy to use, just plug it in and press the button once you’ve loaded whatever you’re going to sanitize. There is a slight odor if you’re using it for something like a CPAP, but only if you use the equipment immediately after sanitation. It’s good quality and easy to clean.

This is a good product
As far as I’m able to tell, this works great. I put my CPAP hose and mask in nightly. Without doing anything else to the mask, it comes out smelling and feeling cleaner than it went in.

CPAP Users may want to look another unit.
The sansi unit is too small for CPAP Equipment. Have to put all parts in separately. You have to overlap some parts. Not sure if all areas are getting cleaned. It is easy to use.
