Versatile chair
I love how versatile this shower chair is. It would fit in my basic old tub as you would expect to orient it, but I decided to use it sideways and removed one arm so I can sit facing the spigot even though the chair faces out of the tub. That works best for me, and I really appreciate that I can remove one arm but keep the other one. (You can remove both arms if you want.) The feet suction to the bottom of the tub and the chair is very sturdy. I feel really safe.It was easy to assemble with no tools, as described. And I feel like it’s light enough to lift but heavy enough to be good solid quality.I did have one issue after using the chair for months. A metal washer inside the feet was rusting. Of course a shower chair shouldn’t do that. Perhaps if you move the chair to “un-suction” the feet, the water will drain and it won’t rust. But after my back surgery, I was not moving the chair for a few months. When I did move the chair and noticed the problem, I reached out to customer service and they agreed right away that it was an issue – and that they would take it up with their manufacturing team to fix for future chairs. They also resolved my problem promptly and politely. They even offered to send me a new chair, but I didn’t need one. I just used some rust remover and replaced the original metal washers with aluminum ones. The customer service person covered the cost of the rust remover and washers, plus some extra for my efforts. I was very pleased.

Good chair! I feel safe
I broke my leg recently and have used this to take a shower. Easy set up, took my husband less than 10 minutes. I personally like that it doesn’t have handles which makes it easier to switch to and from the seat. I weigh about 215 lbs and wear a size 16 in pants, so I was a little worried about the narrowness of the seat, but it was actually comfortable to sit in. It felt sturdy and safe to use, it wasn’t slippery at all in the shower water.

Perfect shower chair for amputees!
Fantastic shower for people with disabilities! I was in desperate need of a new shower chair; my previous shower chair from the brand Drive didn’t have a backrest, and it easily got mold on it (despite how much I bleach/clean it). I was very excited to find this one and see that it had a backrest and the price was affordable, unlike the rest. Much shocking than ever, I also didn’t make my bathtub shower; to my surprise, it fit amazingly. It also didn’t unstuck or slide on the bathmat I have underneath it. So DOUBLE WOW. Honestly, why am I loving it, looking forward to purchasing it in the future. My only complaint is that I wish the company would make wider seat bottoms for those people who are a bit larger. Other than that, it’s perfect, safe, and a great item.

Bathtub chain
Bought for an elderly parent to use in the bathtub. We needed a sturdy non-slip chair that would fit the small width of the tub. It was easy to put together. Not the sturdiest chair – it does shake a bit, I would not use it to try and get up with – but once sitting in the chair it is good. The chair seat is short (fits just your sit bones). Overall, it is a good chair and works for what we need.

Rusted within exactly one month of usage
The chair itself was sturdy and comfortable in the shower. Unfortunately after 1 month of usage two chair legs are already rusted and do not want to ruin my shower flooring. I purchased a month prior to my surgery to get everything ready and was in the hospital then rehab facility for a month. After only using it a month the legs are rusty. I cannot return it or replace it due you the time from purchase and can’t reach the seller to discuss my issue.
