Easy peasy – and they work great
Got these just the other day and immediately put them in/on my cabinet doors. Very easy to put in. I saw that some people commented on how hard it was to get the red backing off – not at all for me. You just need fingernails! They push down to open. Very easy, and very effective at child proofing my cabinets.

Strong and good quality
These have been working out perfectly for us. They were surprisingly easy to put up and the adhesive is incredibly strong. I prefer the adhesive over screws and this stuff sticks well. It’s very easy to open however shutting you have to really slam the drawers to get them to shut but I have just been pushing the latch down to close everything. Not a big deal but I do end up pinching my fingers at least once a day.. doesn’t bother me much though. Overall I think they’re great quality, easy to set up & the price is reasonable. All in all I’d recommend.

Keeping our cabinets closed!
These are easy to install and they work well. I wish there was a smaller option (most of our cabinets and drawers were too small for this size to work). They’re also maybe a bit too long (between where they latch and how much it allows the door to open) – it’s definitely long enough for an adult finger to unlatch, but the amount that the cabinet can still open easily gives enough space for baby’s hand to get in (and sometimes get stuck)

So simple.
I love these. After trying to install the magnet type, my husband and I gave up and I went back to these old school ones. My mom used to use a version of these when I was a little girl (I’m 35). I actually didn’t even have to install the back part of it since my cabinets already have about a 1in lip at the top where it can easily latch onto, and I felt like that was sturdier anyways. The sticky backing on these are STRONG. So I would advise measuring/planning out where these are going to go before actually committing to the sticking part. Also, for a pack of 10 this is a good deal! Sometimes simpler is better!

Very easy to install.
I found my cat hiding under the kitchen cabinets after a parade went past my house. I keep ant bait in that area. These latch hooks now prevent him from entering those areas. They were very easy to install. So glad I found them!

In case of earthquake
I got them in case of earthquakes for my dishes in cabinets, the adhesive seems quite strong. Hopefully they’ll never be tested. Con: the red backing is very difficult to peel off. It should be easier, with a tab that sticks out. Other con is that you have to slide the hook up even to close the cabinet, it should push to shut more easily. Perhaps that stiffness will be better if an earthquake should test them though…

Discrete & durable w/o damaging cabinets
These went on easily with the strong adhesive and work well, I have a newly renovated kitchen with white cabinets, I did not want anything that needed to be drilled into the cabinets or left visible marks when it’s time to remove them. I was worried about the durability of the adhesive, but as you can see in the video, my 9-year-old (very persistent) grandbaby was unable to open the cabinet underneath the sink where I keep cleaning products. I stuck these right on the inner part of my cabinet and didn’t need to use the latch that came with it since I have a lip that catches the hook. They open and close with ease pushing down with one finger. But you will need to get into the habit of sliding the hook down each time to close the cabinet again otherwise it hits against the cabinet and stays open.I do recommend keeping any products that could slip through through the narrow gap when pulled open pushed far back enough out of reach from slim baby hands. It does open about 1 inch before catching the hook so slimmer items can be grabbed and pulled through the narrow opening. Overall great par, perfect for what I’m looking for, and so far are holding up to strong attempts to pull the cabinet boots open

*UPDATE* Customer service reached out to me, and they were genuinely interested in resolving my critiques. They provided more detailed instruction and guidance, and sought to remedy the matter however they might. I was very impressed by this, but have since found that the product actually works quite effectively (they are keeping my toddler out of the cabinets!). So, as far as I’m concerned, this is a fine product–despite the relatively minor frustrations and challenges described below–and the customer service is top-notch! */UPDATE* The intended function of the item is effective, so far. My issues have to do with a) non-existent/vague installation instructions, and b) the adhesive covers that are nearly impossible to get off. As long as it took me to install just one latch (including a reinstallation; see critique “a” above), it took even longer to get the blanking adhesive covers off. A simple solution that other manufacturers of products that require similar adhesives have implemented is to leave a small flap of backing exposed to that it is easy to grab.

its really good . use it on spaces you dont need to access very often . what’s great about it is when you come to remove it , it pulls out very neatly when applying hair dryer heat.

Glad we chose this as they are well made and work smoothly. I say this with confidence after having tried similar ones bought on Aliexpress. While similarly designed those did not work as smoothly and didn’t even cost much less. These stick very well, to the point of being crazy hard to remove if you had to relocate them. Our 2 year old is probably not at the stage where she’ll challenge these too much and she moves onto something else when the door does not open. It’ll be quite a while before she learns to defeat these. Very satisfied 👍

These baby proofing latches are amazing. I’ve had them for about a month so far. I wasn’t sure about going with a company that isn’t a big brand name, but I’m thrilled I got these ones, so I figured I would post a review in case anyone else was also hesitant. Here is a summary of my thoughts:-They are strong and stick well: my super strong persistent 2 year old tries to open the cupboards and drawers daily, by putting all his weight into it and pulling repeatedly. The locks havent budged at all despite lots of abuse!-they fit anywhere: we have odd cupboards and drawers, so I thought they would only work with a few of the cupboards, but with the extra depth on these latches we were able to mount them on every single cupboard and drawer-convenient system: I love that these don’t have a “key and magnet” system- we would definitely lose the key, and with these it’s already second nature to open the clip. It doesn’t feel like a hassle to unlock the cupboard.-they don’t damage the cupboard: this is actually the second system I bought- the first one required drilling into the cupboard, and on the first attempt my husband split the cupboard door (which is surprising as he is very handy). So I love that with this system there is no chance of damaging the cupboards.-good price: you get plenty of locks for a very reasonable cost.-easy to install. It seriously took maybe 5 min to do all cupboards and drawers.

These are a great design & function perfectly! I didn’t like the gimmicky designs of the magnetic locks or the ugly external locks so this was the perfect design for us. It’s easy to hide within the cupboard/drawer, very simple for an adult to use & easy to install (just peel & stick!). I’m quite impressed with how strong the adhesive is & because it’s a gel-like substance it has a little bit of flex to it so it seems less likely to pull off! Our baby girl is only 9 months old right now so we’ll have to see if she figures this latch out at some point but it definitely does the trick for now, she hasn’t been able to get into any of the drawers & cupboards we’ve put them on. I really like how the opening mechanism is spring-loaded rather than simply bending the plastic as I believe it will have a longer lifespan but will update this review if they fail prematurely.
