Nice Shelves
The shelves were a better quality than I thought they would be. Used them in my basement and they were very simple to hang and look great.

Great shelves for the money
I love this set of shelves that are sturdy as well as look lovely. I think they have a nice rustic charm. The shelves themselves are made of real wood and the brackets are made of a sturdy metal. There are 2 sets of screws for each side of the bracket, so 8 screws total per shelf (2 per bracket that screw into the wall and 2 per bracket that attach to the shelf) I had purchased an inexpensive brand from a nearby big box store that I thought were comparable. However, even though they said they had the same weight rating (40 lbs), that was only if they were screwed into studs. Plus, there was only one screw per bracket that attached it to the wall.Finding studs to give the shelves extra strength is fine in the garage, but these shelves were meant for a particular space, and there is no way the smallest of the shelves was long enough to place brackets on studes. So back to the big box store they went.These shelves are perfect for my little art studio corner. As you can see, a lot goes on here. I love that there were 4 shelves even though I really only needed 3 for my supplies. There is an extra shelf for me to use for my little art mementos.On the left side of m photo, you can see the grain of the wood, and how the darker rings of the wood are not just a stain but runs through the wood itself. I don’t remember what type of wood this was or even if the paperwork mentioned what type of wood. I find the dark tree rings to be lovely. The wood itself is quite lightweight. Bracket placement is up to you since there are no pre-drilled holes. I was going to have the brackets under the shelves but realized that since I am such a klutz, flipping them over might help to prevent me from accidentally knocking stuff off the shelfs.I bought a second set of these when we recently adopted a couple of kittens. They make great stairs up to our mantle which has been converted to a high space for them to go when they want. Since they are rated for 40 lbs, i feel confident that they will accommodate them when full grown.

I grow most of our veggies and herbs in our basement and needed shelves to help organize some of the small items I use for my gardening.Considering the price, these are nice shelves. They are easy to install and are very sturdy once installed. Everything needed to install them is included, screwdriver, screws, molly bolts, etc. We used an electric screwdriver that was much easier than using a handheld one. I didn’t realize it, but these shelves are in 3 lengths, 1 – 16.5″, 2 – 14.2″, and 1 – 11.4″. For my purpose, I used the 2 14.2″ shelves.Although these shelves are stained, they feel rough like raw wood. My husband stained them again with a colored polyurethane, but they still feel a bit rough. They look fine, but the rough surface may make it more difficult to keep them clean. They look nice in my basement work area, serve my purpose and have helped me to organize, but I wouldn’t like these for shelves in my house.I hope this review was helpful for you.

STYLISH, STURDY GAME CHANGER!!
These floating shelves are everything we didn’t know we needed! My son’s desk used to be a cluttered mess—papers, books, pencils, and those random “treasures” he insists on keeping (looking at you, glow-in-the-dark dinosaur). Enter these, and voilà! Instant organization AND style.We installed them right above his desk, and now they hold everything he needs for school: textbooks, notebooks, his jar of markers, and even a cute little plant to “make it look grown-up,” as he says. What I love most is that they free up his desk space, so now he actually has room to do homework without me having to nag.The finish is gorgeous and fits perfectly with his room’s decor (and let’s be honest, it makes me feel like a Pinterest mom). Installation was a breeze, and the varying sizes make it fun to mix and match how we use them—books on the bigger ones, art supplies on the smaller ones.Bonus: These shelves are so sturdy! I was skeptical at first, but they’re holding everything like champs, even when my son piles his stuff haphazardly (as kids do). Nice shelves!
Very pretty shelves, some are kind of off after drilling them to the brackets. I can’t tell if it’s the wood or the brackets but it’s not anything detrimental to my decision to buy more, I like them and everyone that sees them likes them too. I had to remove the originals I bought from the wall and move them around to fit the new shelves and they held up very well. Worth the cost in my opinion.🥰

okay, these are really nice sturdy shelves..but not woman-friendly! I ended up putting the brackets on backwards or upside down more than once because the instructions were not ‘great.’ Next time I need floating shelves I will probably try to find some with less assembly

Their is no paint on the other side and when it will be installed at a height one will be able to see the bottom side where there is no paint and it will look bad.. Paint should have been on the both sides.. The quality is fine as per my need but no paintnat the bottom makes it useless..
