Best gate, ever!Easy to assemble, perfect height. I have the 39” tall model. Latch works easily, swings open about 110 degrees both toward and away from you. Using it to separate an older, temperamental cat from a new rescue 8 month old male kitten. The bars are close enough together to keep him out of her space, while she gets her hissy fits out of the way. A younger kitten could squeeze through, but at 8 lbs when he was adopted, he was already too big to squeeze through. He could jump it if he really wanted to, but hasn’t even tried.She likes having her space, and he likes the freedom to be on the main floor, and the kitchen!It’s helping with the introductions, and looks nice. The walk through feature is priceless. I use a large rubber door stopper to keep it from closing when not in use.I tried a taller style, 72” from a different seller, but it was so tall and heavy, that if it ever came loose and fell, it could have really hurt someone.Got the brown for the living area and the white for the kitchen/basement entrance. Both look great.At under $50, it’s a great value. Would also be excellent for toddlers.

Perfect Gate for Multi-Dog Homes!
We bought this gate after adopting our third dog and becoming a foster home for rescue pups. We needed something sturdy for mealtime, and we couldn’t be happier it works really good! After just 2 month, we loved it so much we ordered a second one and we might be getting a third one lol✅ Price: 10/10 – We paid $49, super fair for the quality.✅ Quality: 9.5/10 – Strong metal frame, holds up to our 100lb dog. The latch is plastic but includes a safety measurement at the bottom that adds security.✅ Aesthetic: 10/10 – Beautiful graphite color blends perfectly with our white walls. It looks and work so much better than our old wooden one.✅ Installation: 10/10 – Took less than 10 minutes. We used the pressure mount (no tools needed). It also includes hardware and extensions for wider doorways.We installed it on a 30” door and didn’t need the extensions, but it’s great to have them included. We are able to use it but had to customize the install due to several missing parts.
Wow The box we received was apparently a returned item with missing parts.Both 3″ side extensions were missing from the box.One of the two top inserts was missingOne of the two bottom inserts was missing(Thank goodness our Grandson has a 3D printer and was able to duplicate replacements for both missing inserts by copying a design similar to the ones we did receive) If we did not need this dog gate now I would return it. But we took the parts we did receive and made it work with some custom alterations. It is sturdy, functions well and keeps the two Large breed dogs from going down the hall to the bedrooms. This is a good pet gate even if we had to make some adjustments to our setup. UPDATE: My Grandson designed and printed a latch on his 3D printer to hold the gate open when we need the gate to remain open as we go back and forth saving us from having to open and close with our hands full with laundry.

I like this gate is tall and strong and nice.
I love the gate east to put together. Nice and tall closed great. Looks great. But the only thing I don’t like is that when you open it it has another part on the bottom that it locks automatically and when you open the gate you need to lift the gate door and push the lock to unlock if you don’t lift and push it won’t open the door and you can break it so people rember that you need to lift and click the button to unlock don’t click without lifting up the door gate because it mite break or you can’t open it won’t let you otherwise is nice. I had a small one and it was to much to be bending down to open this one is tall and now I can just open it without bending down.

Barrière posée entre 2 murs, pour empêcher mon petit yorkshire biewer de 3 mois et demi, de passer du salon au couloir des chambres. N’ai pas suivi le mode d’emploi ( car plus, je lisais le bouquin et moins je comprenais ! ) , mais installée correctement, tout de même, assez rapidement. mais, je n’ai pas compris, pourquoi, il fallait laisser un espace de 6,4 cm, du sol à la barrière ? Par contre, j’ai posé au sol, entre les 2 murs, un balai télescopique, et sur les 2 extensions ( de chaque côté ), sur une hauteur de 40cm, j’ai posé une plinthe en PVC – attachée sur les barreaux avec 2 serres joints en plastique. Et en attendant, que mon chiot grandisse et devienne plus gros, j’ai mis une petite planche, L = 110 cm et H = 35 cm, (ce afin qu’il ne passe pas et ne risque pas de se coincer entre les barreaux ); planche, coincée d’un côté par le radiateur en fonte et l’autre côté, petite table de nuit. Cette barrière est très pratique, car elle s’ouvre de chaque côté. Un peu dur à ouvrir, cependant. Qualité, rapport, prix. Je recommande.

The gaps are too big, we were shocked when we saw our 4 month old toy poodle walking through the gate. At the same time the latch is so hard to open with one hand even for an adult. Kids 7 and 10 just can’t pass through this gate.

This gate is very well made. The materials are sturdy and stylish, the colors are just as pictured. The gate is easy to open using just one hand, despite not being a childproof gate, I am sure a kid would struggle to open the latch.Heads up though – it took me quite some time to figure out the instructions but once we got it figured out, it went together quickly.
